Do the prices include GST?
Prices are per outlet, and no GST is added: ZaikaLab is not GST registered, so the subscription invoice carries no GST.
What does one licence cover?
One counter machine (the outlet’s hub) and the terminals and captain handsets paired to it. A second outlet is a second licence.
Does it really work without the internet?
Yes. The till is the source of truth and never waits on a connection. The cloud is a copy that catches up when you are back online.
Can I try it before committing?
Yes. Outlets start on a trial, and you move to a plan when it has earned its place. Book a demo and we will set you up.
What hardware do I need?
A Windows 10 or 11 machine for the till, a thermal printer (58 mm or 80 mm), and any recent Android phone for captains.
How do updates reach my till?
We publish a build and every till and handset picks it up on its next check. No site visit and no USB stick.
